My basement has asbestos tiles that are starting to chip away. Being told to entomb it. OK, what would be good for something that has potential to get wet, cost being a factor? Also, on taking up the tiles I'm being told wetting them down shouldn't impose any hazard but I'm a little skeptical here. Any opinions? Also, is there a hazard in that their already chipping away?
