Call 1-800-896-4908 the company name is Aircool, part of General home Products. They make some Hampton bay models. Hampton Bay's Gossamer Wind Series is produced by another company. A friendly man at Aircool will be able to assist you with the number of that company. I don't have it at the number at the moment or I would give it to you.
