I have been visiting this site using 2 different computers through 2 different servers since the site was "revamped" and have never seen the types of problems you indicated.
HOWEVER, prior to the new site, I was experiencing a problem where hitting the browser "back" button would take me back to an older string, sometimes very old. I would have to "refresh" to get back to the latest string.
