Dodgeman -- I did as you suggested. There was much less cutting and I didn't have to lay any narrow pieces down. Thanks for your help. I do have another question if you happen to read this. I noticed that the screws in the first few boards that I put down are not all flush with the boards. Problem? I guess its too late now, but I thought that the thinset under the tiles would compensate.
