My husband put in a tile floor on 80% of our downstairs. He didn't do a great job and I am unhappy with the floor. Can you put a laminate floor over the top of the tile without ripping out all of the tile. We have cabinets installed over the top of the tile floor and wood have to take them all out. Any solutions?
