because these things have to be tweaked when installed.
You could have the track un even or offset and causing the door to become in a bind when closing. You might even need the wheels lubed with wd 40.
I would be inside the garage and set the doors in action and carefully mark the track area where they become contorted. I think that if you mark this spot then measure the distance of the track from the door on both sides, you will notice a difference. Tracks are adjustable and its not too hard to un tweak this.
