House built in 70's is wired with #12 ga aluminum wire. Troubled with lights flickering, one receptacle is open. Bathroom receptacle was heating and lights flickering--fixed with copper pigtail to alum wire. What is long term solution? Two-story house, very difficult and expensive to rewire. Thanks!
