I own an old house with insulated glass (double)and storms. Every winter (New England) I get a lot of moisture between the windows and storms which freezes up on the storms and takes away a beautiful view. This happens mainly on the North and East side of the house, the south and West seem fine. I just refinished the East side and thought it would be fixed but despite my efforts, new sills, and tight windows the problem continues. I know I could eliminate the storms but I live high atop a hill and want to keep them to prevent the drafts from high winds. Any ideas?
