basement toilet

The drain pipe is already established in my basement floor, but it just sticks up through the floor about 2 feet, with a cap on it. There is a vent pipe attached. There is not a place to bolt down the toilet. How can I proceed to put in a toilet?? This is not a finished basement. It doesn't have to look real good. I just want it to work without worrying about it tipping over.
