in my opinion ..there should be no other problems due to leveling the main beam thru the middle of the room!!! also to stiffen the I joist...add 2x4 or 2x6s across the bottom of them to form a T beam. and use crossbeams between the joist to keep the joist tightly together. others with more experience on leveling floors can advise as well. good luck LJ
