This oven mostlikely has a thermocouple type safety. Follow the thermocouple lead to the reset button. If the button doesn't come back out after depressing it, gently pull it back out. If the oven doesn't come on after that you may have a weak thermocouple or non-working safety. Replace as appropriate.
