caulk over grout

A follow up/similar question:

I have a two year old tile shower enclosure...and the grout is cracked and worn away at the bottom seams (where the floor meets the walls).

What should I do...chip out the grout and re-grout it....put caulk over the remaining grout....or chip out the grout and put caulk only...or some other combination?
