New water heater installed recently. New Kohler faucets in baths. After turning on Hot water the water comes out quietly but when water reaches max heat the water starts sputtering and spitting. After a short time it quiets down. Plumber opened all outlets to let out air but problem still eaists. The house has high pressure and faucets are the new low output type. This only occurs in one faucet.
