I've been looking for years...no lie! I ended up cutting a shower curtain to the size of the window and hung it with the shower rings. BUT, I just found tonight at www.bedbathandbeyond.com a fabric window curtain that is water and mildew resistant but it only comes in white or bone.
This may be your only recourse as it is mine.
