I have not checked the hyperlink yet, but I have seen a couple of Bob Vila projects were ICFs were utilized. In regard to Mark K.'s question about cracking, I also wondered how the concrete would endure earthquake country, like we have in California. I am of the mind that Earthquake codes should be nationwide, because there are so many faults in other parts of the country that have caused extreme damage, such as the New Madrid Fault, which reversed the direction of the Mississippi River for a couple of days, and there were also rumblings in the New York area not too long ago.
