Replacing my tub with a shower

I live in a mobile home where the walls have been set around the tub. I would like to replace the tub with just a shower. And I will also need ventalation, because there was not a fan or anything put in the bathroom and it has caused moisture problems. There is a small window above the tub, but I would like to have this removed also.
