I have a dumb question, on a solid hardwoor floor over cement, it is required to put down plastic for moisture protection and then 3/4" plywood and then your 3/4" nice wood floor.
But if I go with a Engineered wood floor I can glue it right to the cement slab, way is this? Is it because the wood has been engineered to with stand moisture?
