My contractor has put in extra items in our home and he did not inform us or had us agree in writting for him to do this. Now he is asking for his money for the extra work he's done. If he does not receive it he has refuse to finish the house and now he says we are breach of contract Are we right to paid him for he did extra with- out our knowing it. We can't affort to pay him his big amount. We have informed our lawyer. thank you frank & linda
