We have a Lennox gas furnace (11 yrs old). The thermostat controlling this furnace is a newly installed Honeywell thermostat. The problem is that when the thermostat night setting (62 degrees) kicks in, in the morning when the wake cycle (69 degrees) is to activate, it doesn't, at least it does sometimes. And those times when it does activate, the furnace will bring the house up to 64 or 66 degrees and then the furnace turns off. I've had a commercial company out to look at it. They said it's working fine, but still the problem exists. If anyone could give me some direction as to what might be the problem or where to proceed from here, I'd be grateful.
