We have completed 40+ bathroom remodels in the last 30 months. Several of those bathrooms have involved pulling out site built shower pans and acrylic shower bases that have deteriorated after 10 or more years of service. We have not had to remove a single terrazo base. We prefer to installing a terrazo base because we know we will be long gone before the terrzao base needs replacement.
