Whoever poured our basement floor did an awfull job. It is banked at the sides around the walls and very uneven throughout. I would like to cap each room's floor as we are financially able to afford to build the room. Is that a possiblity and how would we go about it. The cement has a smooth finish, I don't know if that would make a difference or not. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
