The house we are buiding is 3/4 of the way bricked but the drywall is completely installed and textured. It has rained hard the last couple of days and water has run down the two unbricked chimneys and gotten the drywall on the ceiling and walls wet (not completely soaked but real wet). The drywall that is damaged is on the outside walls, inside walls, and the ceiling. What is the best course of action to take with the builder.
