Recently my husband and I purchased a new townhome. I have been experiencing some problems with apparently with the dry wall leading up to the third level of our home. There are two long buckeling lines in the walls. The builders have sent contractors out to apply putty and sanding and then painting the area. However this has not work. I suggested cutting out the dry wall to and apply new pieces. The builders have stated that there is nothing that they can do. They believe that it is not the dry wall but the wood that the dry wall is attached too. Can you please provide us some honest and sound advise. Thank you.
