if you are amenable to the look, is a suspended (Tbar) ceiling with compressed fiberglass insulating panels. These ceilings are getting more and more DIY friendly. I saw some hanger hooks made just for concrete ceiling that you epoxy on instead of drilling or Ramsetting the concrete. I think Lowe's and HomeDepot carry the Armstrong brand.
