We have an old building tht we are getting ready to take down. It was formerly an old flour mill. The main beams are hand hewn 12" by 12" (approx.) and the floor joists are 6" by 12" hand hewn. Lots of the walls are 1" by and 2" by, 4" or 6". Almost all of the walls and floors are T&G. Floors being 2" by. Building is three stories tall with a partial basement so some of the timbers go from floor to top. Some of the beams on each floor are 60' or more.
