We have been constructing ICF homes for six years and have many testimonials of happy customers. Energy cost savings average about 60% and fire rating of 3 hours. Quieter and stronger, easy to build, we have many homeowners who construct their own home. 90% of our sales are icf all the way up to the roof. Homes ranging from 1100 square feet to 10,000 square feet and commercially we have gone as high as 5 floors 59,000 square feet. This is the future of building.
