I just built a new garage. We poured a 40'x 50' concrete slab. We used cinder blocks for the foundation, the garage is 30' x 40', which leaves a 5' perimetor around the garage. My problem is that when it rains water settles next to the cinder block foundation and leaks into the garage interior. What can I do to seal the foundation to stop the water leaks?
