I have fould a house plan that me and my husband agree on and it calls for a daylight basement. What exactly is this , in the plan it shows a garage and unfinished basement,and a den with a bay window and a laundry room, main entrance to house is here with stairs going up to main floor. Do you have to have speical property for this to build? I thank you for your time
