I got wax on my carpet once and I got some kitchen towel and a hot iron, placed the towel over the candle wax placed the iron on the towel (Obviously the iron was hot) and the heat brought the candle wax into the kitchen towel. But this was only for a small amont of wax. Hope this might help good luck.
