is going to hide the difference in grain between oak and walnut (are you sure it's walnut?) What you could do is finish oak veneer to match the new doors and cut it in strips and reface the walnut cabinet facing with it. You might even find some pre=finished that you could order that is a reasonable match to your doors in the cabinet section of Lowes or Home Depot. Luck, Kizmet
