the question of the walls having mildew form on them is independent of the type of drywall used.
I know of 100's of houses built with standard drywall in the bathroom with greenboard in the tub area only, with tile over the greenboard.
With a good exhaust fan, (not one that just recirculates the air) you should have minimal if any mildew problems.
