remodling single wide home

remodle the kitchen and floors to get the most out of the amount of room.

our home is 14'x80. we have and island in the kitchen.

we have also thought of using hardwood floors in the kitchen but wasn't sure if it would work.

we have a corner fire place in the living room.
the walls are drywall and we would like to beautify the whole house.
