Nordyne Intertherm Heater Problem (2nd Try)

I have posted this question before but received no response. Where are all the "experts"?

I have a Nordyne unit, (horizontal), in my attic hooked to my a/c, which is outside and works fine.

I believe the heater is Intertherm. I moved here in 94 and it was fairly new then, or so I was told.

The blower works fine but the heat never comes. Consequently, the blower is constantly running.

I have a diagram of the wiring and parts of the airhandler unit but nothing on the heater part of it.

Any suggestions on what the problem(s) could be or what I can check is much appreciated.
