I had my new house inspected recently. The major reference point for the inspector to say that there was no humidity inside the walls was the fact that there was no condensation on the inside surface of my double-glazed windows. But the outside temperature was 40 degrees Farenheit (no wind) and the inside temperature was about 68 degrees. Would those conditions sufficient to create condensation if there was humidity trapped inside the walls? Is it a real indicator? I'm concerned.
