The johnson control may be bad, but I would make several check before replacing. First I would check the micro amp reading of the sensor. Many time I have found that it is fitting where the sensor attaches to that is loose, causing a low micro amp signal. On your control the micro amps should be reading 1.2-1.6 MA. The gas pressure should be set at 2"wc, The air flapper should be cleaned or relaced. The intake pipe should be checked to make sure it is clear. Since you had so many problems even after the control was replaced, I would check everything just to make sure. Also make sure your furnace has been pressure tested, all pulses are required to be tested. The new johnson control is a part no. 60J00. They are improved over the one you have.
