Might get away with small pours without the foundation caving.
What intrests me is do you know how to connect each succesive pour to the next so you don't end up with say 50 3foot individual foundation "blocks" instead of one continuous pour?
Are you going to mix the conc. by hand or have it delivered?
If your foundation does cave will your homeowners ins cover the damage?
What if you or someone else gets hurt?
I'm sorry if I sound negative but this is really NOT a DIY job.It should be done by licenced,INSURED,contractor specializing in this field.For your safty and peace of mind(maybe even your marriage)Luck
