I built my existing house 15 years ago. The siding is T-1-11. I have an addition under construction. The siding is going to be T-1-11 and I'm told that tyvek is the way to go.
My experience in civli engineering tells me that putting a vapor berrier between a wood siding and an insulated drywall wall will only trap moisture between the wrap and the siding??????
