the flap closes securely in the tank after the water exited into the bowl, so the problem is not with that flap. However, water does not come into the tank after flushing. I can see that water dribbles at the top of that contraption in the back of the tank (it looks like a cylinder-type thing). Do I need to replace that contraption?
