Does all carpets need stretching, and why does this occur to the carpet, is it because the carpet was not put down correctly?
I have owned several houses and this is the first house that I have had this problem. Is there anyway I can stretch it myself? Are there tools out there I can rent that will help or should I have a professional do it?
