please explain how tile grout on a bathroom shower wall can breakdown, loose strength & waterproofness due to mildew, fungus and mold. And what should you do to provent tile grout breakdown. Also can a 2year old to 3 year old 4"X4" wall tile crack or break from other means than house movement Need reply A.S.A.P. Thanks, Peter
