I can't drain my leaky water heater as the drain valve is 'frozen'. Is it possible to drain it by turning on the hot water tap in bath tub. I have already shut off the gas and the incoming water source. If this isn't viable, how do I get the stuck valve to work? It's a plastic wheel. I appreciate your prompt email response.
