Thanks to all that replied to my posting regarding the Honeywell Heat Pump Thermostat. I had already tried all of the above prior to the posting. Strangely enough, I snugged up all the wiring and changed one of the presets for the type of heating, and it works some of the time. It took ~24hrs for it to work the first time. It works well when it has to be on consistently. When it doesn't need to kick in for a day or so, then it won't work the next time I need it. Strange. But, when it works, it works as it should and does a great job. Strange, but true.
