Removing hardened Mastic from newly installed glazed Ceramic tiles

Needless to say I am very sorry that I did this. I need an efficient way of removing medium bits and a semi-clear haze of mastic from nealy installed glazed ceramic tiles. Please somebody, anybody HELP! Thanks
