My kitchen outlet has made a "chirping" noise ever since we've moved in here (we rent) there is nothing plugged into it and I know for certain the sound is coming from that specific outlet. There is an orange light in the faceplate that sort of quivers along with the noise. What would cause an outlet to do this...is it something dangerous? Thank you for any help. Angel Barton
