what you said was the extreme and mostly not followed but to say the inspectors will tell you to tear it down would be the most common practice.If scott was not going to get the permit he should of at least think safety.I like to think that scott would get a permit and not brake any laws, but not all do.ok.Alot of us dont make much money and the 20 or 30 can be for extra plug covers to protect the babies and kids the die each year by electric shock.
