I built a home in 7/99. The builder used a 80% efficeint Lennox furnace. From the start we have had problems with the furnace igniting. At first they replaced several different parts, that would work for a while. Then the problem came back. I do not trust this furnace. Is the furnace junk? Now it has been four years and the problem occurs more often. I had to clean the flame sensor twice in the last 2 weeks. The furnace is in our laundry room, big deal. I would think Lennox could build a better flame sensor than that. I wonder if my whole furnace is crap. Anyone have similiar problems. I want to contact Lennox with some complaints.
