can anyone help with "terror in the shower?" everytime someone is in the shower and water is turned on somewhere else in the house - the person in the shower gets either a hot or cold blast - any suggestions on how to fix this. we have a re-circulating pump on the hot water heater, but have tried unplugging it - to no avail! any info would be greatly appreciated! thanks
