I am having a problem with my GDO! I can't seem to be able to adjust the up/down and torque adjustments properly. What Tension should the chain have? If I disconnect the door from the trolley I can get the up/down motion to work fine, but once I angage the trolley the up/down functions are very sluggish. Please help.
