On my last message two minutes ago I forgot to mention that our dream house has an estimate from Precision Environmental to dry the house. Heating it to 140 to 160 degrees is this safe to the house. Another concern is in the future with new laws coming out about mold. If it's non toxic mold will we have problems selling it because we do have to disclose it?
