Heat recovery from furnace exhaust

My parents have some form of heat exchanger on the exhaust pipe of their oil burning furnace. This unit is a series of pipes that the exhaust blows around. The air in the pipes gets heated and has a thermostat and blower that pushes the heated air from the pipes. It was installed 30+ years ago and my dad can not remember who made it or where he got it.

Is there still such a thing made and where can I buy one?
